Holiday Show-Offs 2018 Tickets

There will be TWO opportunities to purchase tickets this year:

Priority Seating & Ticket Sale Days
 

1.  Priority Seating: Email Stephanie@summershowoffs.com

 

2.  Ticket Sale Days: At Riverchase Baptist Church  

 

 

Tickets are $10 each plus $2.00 for shipping and handling (per order, not per ticket).

 

All ticket sales are final, which includes exchanges for seats or performance dates/times.

 

Priority Seating:

 

We are reserving two tickets for purchase for one HSO performance for each participant’s family. This new feature to our ticket sales will ensure that all families have an opportunity for "preferred" seating to at least one HSO performance.  These "priority seating" tickets will be filled in the front sections.  These will be filled in the order that they are received.  No exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

 

Important Dates for Priority Seating Request:

 

  • September 10th at 9:00 a.m. - Priority ticketing email request opens. (No phone call reservations). Please do not email before 9:00 a.m.  Emails are time and date stamped; emails received before 9:00 a.m. will be processed at noon.
  • September 24th at noon - Priority ticketing email request closes.
  • October 1st - Payment is due. Please mail payment immediately.  Payment  must be received by October 1st, as we will be preparing for Ticket Sale Days in November and unpaid tickets will be reassigned.  

 

To reserve and purchase your priority seating tickets, 

email Stephanie@summershowoffs.com beginning on Monday, September 10th at 9:00 a.m. with the following information:

 

1.  HSO participant's name.

 

2.  Which performance you wish to purchase priority seating tickets for:

 

         Friday, December 14th at 6:30 p.m. OR

         Saturday, December 15th at 10:00 a.m. OR

         Saturday, December 15th at 6:30 p.m.

 

3.  The address you would like for these tickets to be mailed.

 

Then please mail payment for $22 ($10 per ticket + $2 shipping) payable to Summer Show-Offs.  When payment is received, the tickets will be mailed to you.

Ticket Sale Days:

 

Riverchase Baptist Church

 

Wednesday, November 7th from 8:30 a.m.– 1:00 p.m.

Thursday, November 8th from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon

Tickets are $10.  No exchanges or refunds.  All sales are final.

 

After November 8th, you may order tickets for reserved seats by emailing: stephanie@summershowoffs.com with the number of tickets you would like to order and your mailing address. 

 

At this time, tickets will be filled with best seats available.  You will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.  Once payment has been received (by check only) your tickets will be mailed to you.
